This policy explains what personal information Srivastava Digital Services collects when you visit our websites or buy a product, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, email address and phone number. That is the only information we ask you to type.

We also receive limited technical information automatically when you visit: your IP address, browser type and device, the pages you view, and the website or advertisement that sent you.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay on their own secure systems. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with your name, email and phone number.

Why we use it

• To deliver what you bought — your email address is how we send your download links.
• To support you — if a file will not open or download, we use your email to send it again.
• To send you related emails about our books and occasional offers. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops them immediately.
• To measure our advertising — so we know which advertisements lead to sales.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We share it only with the services that make the business work:

• Razorpay — to take payment.
• Brevo — to send your delivery email and any newsletter you have not unsubscribed from.
• FlexiFunnels — to host our checkout and download pages.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — we send a hashed, non-readable form of your email and phone number so Meta can tell us that an advertisement led to a sale. Hashing means the values cannot be read back.

Cookies and tracking

Our pages use cookies from Meta and Google Analytics to understand how visitors arrive and whether an advertisement worked. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site and the checkout will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@srivastavadigitalservices.com and we will act on it. Deleting your information does not remove the files you have already downloaded.

Children

Our books are written for children aged 8–12, but they are bought by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Accounts and orders are for adults only.

Security

Our sites are served over HTTPS and payments run on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
