Please read this before you buy. It is short and we have tried to make it completely plain.
We do not offer refunds. Everything we sell is a digital file that downloads the instant your payment goes through, so it cannot be returned. For the same reason, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is made.
A replacement guarantee, with no time limit.
If a file will not open, will not download, or arrives damaged or incomplete, email us and we will send it to you directly — as many times as it takes, until it works.
There is no deadline on this. If a file you bought two years ago stops opening, we will still send it again.
Because delivery is instant and automatic, there is no window between payment and delivery in which an order could be cancelled. Once your payment is confirmed, your files are already available to you.
If you have not yet paid, simply closing the checkout page cancels the order. Nothing is charged and nothing is sent.
There are two situations where we will return your money without argument:
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay and normally reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
We cannot refund a purchase because you changed your mind, because your child did not enjoy the book, or because you bought the wrong title by mistake. If you bought the wrong title, contact us anyway — we will do what we sensibly can to help.
