We sell digital products — illustrated PDF books, printable editions, question-card decks and written guides. Nothing we sell is a physical item and nothing is posted to you. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the product page and include any applicable taxes.
You must be 18 or older to buy from us. You are responsible for entering a working email address; that address is where your files are sent. An order is complete when your payment is confirmed by Razorpay and your download page is shown.
Delivery is immediate and electronic. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made and we do not offer refunds. What we offer instead is a replacement guarantee with no time limit. The full terms are in our Cancellation and Refunds Policy, and you should read it before buying.
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it within your own family or household. You may print as many copies as your own family needs.
You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, or use our products for commercial purposes. Using them with a class, a tuition centre or a reading group needs our written permission — email us and we will usually say yes on sensible terms.
We keep all copyright and intellectual property in our books, artwork and text.
We take real care over accuracy: where a number appears in our books it refers to published research or a real regulatory action, and where evidence is contested we say so. Our books are educational materials, not a guarantee of any particular result for any particular child.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
If a file will not open, will not download or arrives damaged, email us and we will send it to you directly, as many times as it takes, until it works. That promise has no time limit.
We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, or redistribution of our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force on the day you bought.
