Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
The moment your payment is confirmed, two things happen:
Immediately. Delivery is automatic and takes seconds, not days. The delivery email normally arrives within a few minutes.
Worldwide. Because the files are digital, there is nowhere we cannot deliver and no destination that costs extra.
PDF files — the illustrated book, a printable black-and-white edition, any question-card deck or wall chart included with your order, an answer key and a parent's guide. Exactly what is included is listed on each product's page before you buy.
You will need a PDF reader. Any modern phone, tablet or computer already has one.
First check your spam or promotions folder — the delivery email is the most common thing to go astray.

Our replacement guarantee has no time limit. If a file will not open, will not download, or arrives damaged, we will send it again — as many times as it takes, for as long as it takes. Full terms in our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
Download your files and keep your own copy. We recommend saving them somewhere permanent rather than relying on the download page, though you are welcome to bookmark it.
